Balsamic Vinagrette

3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Zest of one lemon


Whisk together all ingredients until blended. Drizzle over Spring Mix to coat, refrigerate leftovers. Makes about 1 cup.
